15. How does Corona Discharge Generation work?
    – Ozone is produced by passing air through a high voltage electrical discharge, or corona. A minimum of 5,000 volts of electricity is necessary to create the corona. 1. the feeding sources is not clean or dry enough. We require pure oxygen, or dry and clean ambient air, with dew temperature -40degree.
2. The cooling water is not sufficient. (Vertically install the tube, make sure the cooling water go from the bottom to the top, so there is full water in the tube all the time. the cooling water temeperature should be within 8 degree difference compared the working environment temperature, to prevent condensate. Also, please check if cooling water is pure, if too much impurity, it can block the water inlet, so water can go in to cool the electrodes)
3. There is water back flow into the enamel tube. (When mix ozone with water, make sure using an efficient anti-back flow device, to prevent water back flow, The ozone tube should be placed in a higher position than the water flow, as well.)
