Installation:

Key points on installations:

1. Install both the power pack and plates in insulating boards, never on metal boards, and make them at least 5cm away from the metal casing to avoid short circuit and Electro Magnetic Interference (EMI).
2. According to the real condition, make the high voltage cables as short as possible, never merged or crossed together, make them at least 3cm away from each other to avoid EMI. if possible, Insert each high voltage cable seperately inside a proper silicone tube, to make it safer.
3. Install a fan at least 15050 (CFM 190/210) to cool down the ceramic plates, the cooler the better, to help generate steady amount of ozone. 4. If the environment is dusty, use a dust guard on the fan, to prevent more dust getting to the plates. Otherwise, it will impact the ozone ouput.

Attention:

1. When using this ozone generator, better to use an electrical fan. and strictly forbid people working in the room with ozone in high concentration. The output high voltage is dangerous. you are strictly forbidden to touch it in any way when it is working.
   
2. Clean the ceramic plate with ethyl acohol every month, and use it when it fully dry. In this way, to gurantee normal ozone yield.
