Module Functions:
User can select from below eight functions, by using the key buttons onboard. User can select and save the set parameters. The set time is 1 second at minimum, and precision is better than 0.1 second. The eight functions are as follows:
- Close upon the set time: after power one, the delay time T1 reaches, and the relay closes. T1 is adjustable between 0.1 second to 270 hours. When we feed CH1 a high level pulse signal, the cycle repeats itself
- Disconnect upon the set time: when the relay closes, the delay time T1 reaches, and the relay opens. T1 is adjustable between 0.1 second to 270 hours. When we feed CH1 a high level pulse signal, the cycle repeats itself.
- Close upon the set time, then Disconnect : after power on, the relay does not close at first. When T1 reaches, the relay closes. When T2 reaches, the relay opens. T1 and T2 adjustable between 0.1 second to 270 hours. When we feed CH1 a high level pulse signal, the cycle repeats itself.
- Disconnect upon the set time, then close: after power on, the relay immediately closes. When T1 reaches, relay opens; when T2 reaches, the relay closes again. 1 and T2 adjustable between 0.1 second to 270 hours. When we feed CH1 a high level pulse signal, the cycle repeats itself.
- Limitless cycle mode 1: after power on, the relay does not close at first. When T1 reaches, the relay closes. When T2 reaches, the relay opens. And the cycle goes on. T1 and T2 adjustable between 0.1 second to 270 hours. When we feed CH1 a high level pulse signal, the cycle repeats itself.
- Limitless cycle mode 2: after power on, the relay immediately closes. When T1 reaches, relay opens; when T2 reaches, the relay closes again, And the cycle goes on. T1 and T2 adjustable between 0.1 second to 270 hours. When we feed CH1 a high level pulse signal, the cycle repeats itself.
- Limited cycle mode 1: after power on, the relay does not close at first. When T1 reaches, the relay closes. When T2 reaches, the relay opens. we increase the cycles for NX times, then T1 and T2 are adjustable between 0.1 second to 9999 second, the cycle NX is selectable between 1 to 9999 times. When we feed CH1 a high level pulse signal, the cycle repeats itself.
- Limited cycle mode 2: after power on, the relay immediately closes. When T1 reaches, relay opens; when T2 reaches, the relay closes again, we increase the cycles for NX times, then T1 and T2 are adjustable between 0.1 second to 9999 second, the cycle NX is selectable between 1 to 9999 times. When we feed CH1 a high level pulse signal, the cycle repeats itself.
Parameter:
- Working Voltage: DC 12V(Do not exceed the nominal voltage +/-10%)
- Working Current: less than 90mA(less than 15mA before the relay is open, less than 3mA when it is closed)
- Working Temperature: -20℃-60℃（overworking Temperature:-30℃-70℃）
- Load capacity: relay normal open port (maximum): DC 0-30V/10A, AC 0-250V/10A; relay normal closed port (maximum): DC 0-28V/10A, AC 0-125V/10A.
Connections:
Module control side: there are 3-wire interface, all interfaces are terminal
- 1, DC +:12V positive
- 2, DC-: power in negative
- 3, CH1: Input Detection Interface 1
- 4, CH2: Input Detection Interface 2
Relay outputs: a 3-wire interface, all interfaces are terminal
- 1, NO1: Number 1 channel relay normal open (before relay closes, this pin is not connected. after relay closes, the pin short-connects with COM1)
- 2, COM1: Number 1 channel Relay Common Interface
- 3, NC1: Number 1 channel normal closed (before relay closes, this pin short-connect with COM1. after relay closes, the pin is not connected )
- 4,NO2:Number 2 channel relay normal open (before relay closes, this pin is not connected. after relay closes, the pin short-connects with COM2)
- 5, COM2: Number 2 channel Relay Common Interface
- 6, NC2: Number 2 channel normal closed (before relay closes, this pin short-connect with COM2. after relay closes, the pin is not connected )
