Digital Thermometer with IPX4 waterproof (water splashes, can be touched even wet hand), recommend for food industry (Food Grade). Hold data function, Record (Min/ Max) Data, Alarm (Upper/ Lower), REL, TIME, REC and Max. Data storage 150 values in manual mode and 100 in auto mode.
